INGREDIENTS
6 ITEMS REQUIREDCut the watermelon flesh into rough cubes, removing all the visible black seeds.
Blend the watermelon cubes until completely smooth and liquid, with no visible chunks.
Strain the blended watermelon through a fine sieve into a pitcher to remove the pulp and fiber.
Add the lime juice and mint leaves to the strained juice and blend again briefly to combine.
Stir in the sugar and black salt, if using, until fully dissolved.
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate the juice until it is thoroughly chilled.
Taste the chilled juice and adjust with a little extra lime juice or sugar to balance sweetness and tang.
Fill each serving glass about halfway with ice cubes.
Pour the chilled watermelon juice over the ice in each glass, filling almost to the top.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a small watermelon wedge on the rim, then serve immediately.
